Illegal Marijuana Dispensary Raided; Two Suspects Arrested, Over 100 Pounds of Drugs Seized
HOUSTON, Texas – Deputies with Constable Ted Heap’s Office, in coordination with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Department of Public Safety, Katy Police Department, and Houston Police Department, executed a search warrant at an illegal marijuana dispensary on August 11, resulting in the arrest of two suspects and the confiscation of more than 100 pounds of drugs.

The raid took place at the Go Green Wellness business in the 7700 block of Westheimer Road, where authorities seized more than 60 pounds of marijuana and 57 pounds of illegal THC edibles. Several firearms were also confiscated as a result of the investigation.
Anmar Asad Ouda, 27, and Emma Camille Batte, 23, were arrested on felony drug charges. Additionally, Paul Anthony Briscoe, 38, who was on the scene, was arrested on charges of impersonating a security officer.
The operation marks a significant step in law enforcement efforts to combat illegal drug activities in the region. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not released further details at this time.
