Texas A&M Forest Service Responds to Carley Fire in Young County
YOUNG COUNTY, Texas, Aug. 21, 2023 – The Texas A&M Forest Service has been called to assist with a wildfire in Young County. Known as the #CearleyFire, the blaze has consumed an estimated 150 acres and is currently 0% contained.
Local firefighting units are on the scene, and additional resources are being mobilized to combat the fire. As of now, there are no reports of injuries or structural damage.
