Joint Operation Leads to Multiple Arrests in Chambers County

CHAMBERS COUNTY, Texas, Aug. 31, 2023 — A joint enforcement operation was conducted by Chambers County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Mont Belvieu Police Department after multiple complaints were received about activities in the area of SH 146 and Interstate 10. The operation lasted just four hours and led to several arrests.

Krystal Shelton of Baytown was arrested on active warrants and possession of a controlled substance in the 9000 block of SH 146. Sandra Wyman of Houston and Tiffany Kinney of Baytown were both arrested for prostitution in the 9000 and 10000 blocks of SH 146, respectively.

The Chambers County Sheriff’s Office anticipates more joint operations in the future and extends its thanks to the Mont Belvieu Police Department for their collaborative efforts in making this operation a success.
