Bubba Wallace will not be returning to NASCAR
Wallace released a statement on Thursday confirming the news that he “will not return to the Richard Petty Motorsports team and the No. 43 car next season.”
There is no word if the noose incident played any role in his decision to leave, but it should be noted that he was not directly involved in the discovery or escalation of the noose, that turned out to not be a hate crime.
