49-Year-Old Man Found Dead in Newark Shooting; No Arrests Made

(NEWARK, NJ, Aug. 30, 2023) – A violent incident occurred on the 100 block of Goodwin Avenue last night, leaving one man dead. Police arrived at the scene to find 49-year-old Andre Shoulars of Irvington, New Jersey, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Shoulars was pronounced dead at 9:50 p.m.

As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting. The investigation is ongoing.
