MCTXSheriff Apprehends Suspects in The Woodlands Vehicle Burglaries

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Oct. 3, 2023 – On Oct. 2, 2023, around 2:30 a.m., deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a vehicle burglary near the intersection of Golden Sage Drive and Sylvan Forest Drive. Authorities were alerted that multiple suspects were involved and had fled in a dark-colored sedan. Deputies arrived promptly, identified a vehicle matching the description, and initiated a traffic stop.

Inside the vehicle were four suspects, seen holding stolen items. Three adult suspects from Spring, Texas—Ethan Lemoine, 18; Parker Finton, 18; and Tristan Gayneaux, 18—were arrested and transported to Montgomery County Jail. They are charged with burglary of a vehicle, a Class A misdemeanor. A fourth suspect, a 16-year-old juvenile also from Spring, Texas, was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Justice Center and faces the same charge.
