The victim has been identified as 2-year-old Ethan Donnelley, a White male whose clothing description is currently unknown. The suspect is Sylvia Lopez, a 36-year-old White female.

The vehicle involved in the abduction is a blue 2010 Volkswagen Jetta with Texas license plate SBL1628. Anyone with information is urged to call 9-1-1 immediately.
