CONSTABLES ARREST WANTED SUSPECT IN STORE INCIDENT

HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS – Dec. 20, 2023 – A deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s Office apprehended a wanted individual at a Kroger store in Harris County. The incident occurred on Dec. 16, 2023, at the Kroger located in the 5600 block of Treaschwig Road.

The suspect, identified as Stephen Cunningham, was reportedly soliciting money from customers. Upon investigation, it was discovered that Cunningham had an outstanding warrant in Harris County for Criminal Trespass. Kroger’s management issued a trespass warning to him.

Constable Mark Herman stated, “Stephen Cunningham was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 16.”
