Atlanta Police and Community Search for Missing 23-Year-Old Jordan Kustas
ATLANTA, GEORGIA – The Atlanta Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating 23-year-old Jordan Kustas, who has been reported missing in Atlanta, Georgia. Kustas was last seen on December 1st at 8:54 a.m. on Brookhaven Drive in Atlanta, as recorded by a Flock system. His vehicle, a 2015 gray Santa Fe with North Carolina license plate TJV 1304, is also missing.
Jordan Kustas, a recent Auburn University graduate who moved to Atlanta for an engineering job, resides with a roommate in an apartment complex in the Buckhead area. According to the roommate, there were no noticeable changes in Jordan’s behavior prior to his disappearance. The exact date when Jordan was last seen by his roommate has not been specified.
His family last heard from him on November 15th, when his mother received a text from an unknown number, purportedly from Jordan. This was considered unusual as Jordan shares a phone plan with his parents, and the last phone activity on this shared plan was noted on November 28th.
Jordan’s family has expressed concern, noting that while it’s not uncommon for him to be out of touch for a few days, it is unusual for him not to communicate for over a month. They also revealed that Jordan has had past issues with gambling and has previously owed money, which they have helped resolve.
Compounding the concern is the fact that Jordan’s dog, Brook, who he is said never to go anywhere without, is also missing.
The missing person’s report for Jordan Kustas was filed on Christmas Day. The Atlanta Police Department and Jordan’s family urge anyone with information about Jordan’s whereabouts or who has seen his vehicle to contact Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta or the Atlanta Police Department immediately.
