Translation: Driver not wearing a mask? Suck it up.
You heard it straight from Uber. “At this time we do not credit or refund for reports of drivers not wearing a mask”.
This is quite puzzling as their motto is “No Mask No Ride.”
If a driver is not wearing his or her mask, and is not punished for it, how are is their face mask policy going to be enforced?
That’s right! It won’t be.
It should be noted that as drivers, we still get the cancellation fee if we select you are not wearing a mask. A bit hypocritical don’t you think?
But hey, at least being on the phone while driving is actually frowned upon by Uber, a company who’s sole existence is based on a phone app.
