Kurt Whitten is now facing capital murder charges for killing two men

Kurt Whitten, 19, of Harris County is accused of killing Jeremiah Joshua Ponce and Thomas Anthony Alvarado on July 27, 2022.

He was arrested on August 2, 2022 at about 11:30 a.m. and bond was denied.
