NEW CANEY, Texas, August 14, 2023 – Authorities are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of a person identified as Armando, last seen in the 28000 block of Southhampton, New Caney, Texas, on August 14, 2023. Armando was wearing a black shirt and athletic shorts at the time of disappearance.
