Two Arrested for Racing at 105 MPH on E. Sam Houston Tollway N.; Vehicles Impounded

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Two individuals were arrested for racing in the 13000 block of E. Sam Houston Tollway N. after Pct. 3 Deputies observed them traveling at 105 MPH side by side. Both vehicles were stopped, and the drivers were taken into custody.

The Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted charges of Racing on a Highway against both individuals, identified as Jose Flores-Luna and Michael Umanzor. They were booked into the Harris County Jail, and their vehicles were impounded.
