Suspect Arrested for Fourth DWI Offense and Threatening Retaliation Against Deputy

HOUSTON, Texas, August 15, 2023 – A suspect with three prior convictions for driving while intoxicated (DWI) was arrested for her fourth DWI offense and for threatening retaliation against a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office.

The incident occurred in the 11500 block of Louetta Road, where the deputy responded to a call about a suspected intoxicated female attempting to leave the location in her vehicle. Upon arrival, the deputy identified the driver as June Leanne Hill, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.

Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and it was determined that Hill was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed her three prior DWI convictions, and she also threatened to harm the arresting deputy.

Hill was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on charges of her fourth DWI offense and retaliation. Her bond amount has not been set at this time, and the case has been assigned to the 182nd District Court.
