Two Alleged Robbery Suspects Fatally Shot at Ruiz Cash & Carry in Magnolia Park

HOUSTON, TX, August 16, 2023 – Houston Police Department (HPD) Commanders and the Public Information Office are en route to a fatal shooting at 1703 S Sgt Macario Garcia Drive, the location of Ruiz Cash & Carry in Magnolia Park.

Preliminary information reveals that two alleged robbery suspects were fatally shot around 11:10 a.m.
