Evading Suspect In Custody Near David Wayne Hooks Memorial Airport

SPRING, TX – August 23, 2023 – Heavy police presence has been reported in the 8900 block of FM 2920 Road and Stuebner Airline Road.

Constable Deputies were engaged in a search for a suspect who fled from a traffic stop. Constable Canine Rambo, under the guidance of Tom Ramsey, located the evading suspect in the 8500 block of Splashpine Place.

The suspect has been taken into custody. Additional details about the incident have not been released at this time. Authorities continue to investigate and caution is advised for those in the vicinity.
