Driver Arrested for DWI on Tollway in Harris County

HOUSTON, TEXAS, AUGUST 28, 2023 – Night Shift Toll Road Deputies arrested a man for driving while intoxicated (DWI) on the N. Sam Houston Tollway East. The man, identified as Gamalier Verduzco, was observed driving a white Chrysler 300 and failing to maintain a single lane of traffic in the 13000 block of N. Sam Houston E.

Upon stopping the vehicle, deputies made contact with Verduzco and noticed visible signs of intoxication. Verduzco was subsequently charged with DWI and transported to the Harris County Jail for booking.
