Small Child Found Screaming in Locked Vehicle at Kroger, Emergency Services Responding

FM 2920 ROAD, Texas, Aug. 29, 2023 – Constable Deputies and EMS are currently responding to an urgent situation at the Kroger located in the 6000 block of FM 2920 Road. A caller has reported a small child screaming inside a locked vehicle at the location.
