Man Charged with Reckless Arson Following Fire at Los Cucos Mexican Restaurant on Tomball Parkway

TOMBALL, TX, August 30, 2023 – A man has been charged with reckless arson following a fire at Los Cucos Mexican Restaurant located at 22390 Tomball Parkway. The Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office (HCFMO), in coordination with the Klein Fire Department, responded to the fire on August 28.

Investigations revealed that Clifford Galbraith’s careless smoking inside the building led to the fire. Galbraith has been taken into custody and is facing charges of reckless arson. Authorities have confirmed that this arson charge is unrelated to a separate fire that occurred at the same location on Thursday, August 23.
