One Fatality, Four Trapped in Multiple Tractor-Trailer Accident on I-81 SB in Hagerstown

(HAGERSTOWN, MD, September 1, 2023) – A severe accident involving multiple tractor-trailers has occurred on I-81 Southbound at the 10-mile marker.
