HPD Commanders and Vehicular Crimes Division Investigate Fatal Hit-and-Run at 243 Julia Street

Sept. 30, 2023 – Houston Police Department commanders, the Vehicular Crimes Division, and the Public Information Office are currently en route to a reported fatal crash at 243 Julia Street. Authorities have confirmed that the suspect fled the scene and one person has been pronounced deceased. The investigation is ongoing.
