HOUSTON, Texas, Sept. 30, 2023 – A U.S. Postal Service (USPS) driver died after an incident caused by an impatient driver of a 2011 white Ford Expedition on the 200 block of Julia Street on the northside of Houston, according to Houston Police Department (HPD) authorities.
