HOUSTON, Texas, Oct. 4, 2023 – Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies have responded to a fatal crash at the intersection of N Lake Houston Pkwy and E Sam Houston Pkwy N. The crash involves an 18-wheeler and a sedan. One individual has been confirmed deceased at the scene, and another has been transported to a hospital. The southbound feeder of the beltway is currently shut down as authorities manage the situation.
