Man in Critical Condition after stepbrother shoots him with Crossbow

EAST HARRIS COUNTY – In a recent update from Ed Gonzalez, Sheriff of Harris County, it was reported that deputies responded to an incident in the 20700 block of Live Oak in East Harris County. Preliminary investigations indicate that a disturbance between two adult step-brothers led to one shooting the other with a crossbow.

The wounded man is currently being transported by Lifeflight and is in critical condition. One male has been detained in connection with the incident, and investigators are en route to further examine the scene and circumstances leading to this violent altercation.
