Silver Alert Issued for Missing Elderly Man in Dallas, Texas

DALLAS, TX, Dec. 28, 2023 – The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued a Silver Alert for a missing elderly individual. Bill Wafer, aged 72, was last seen in the 2200 block of Pine St, Dallas, TX at 2:00 AM on Dec. 28, 2023. Wafer is described as a Black male with gray hair and brown eyes, approximately 5’8″ in height, weighing around 165 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and brown dress pants.
