A car flipped upside down and instead of helping, someone decided to make a TikTok
When City Slickers Music found a vehicle upside down on the street, he decided that it would be a better idea to bust out the phone and record a TikTok telling the victim that they can not park there, and then proceeded to ask them about their mask.
While this was intended to be a joke and they claim their father helped after the video, when you come across a vehicle that is upside down, you should probably check on the victim first, or at the very least use that phone to call 911, not make a TikTok.
