Suspect Captured on Video Using Stolen Credit Cards; Public Assistance Requested in Identifying Individual

NORCHESTER SUBDIVISION, Texas – On August 5, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle in the 11700 block of Idelbrook Drive in the Norchester Subdivision.

Upon arriving at the scene, the victim stated that credit cards had been stolen from the vehicle and were being used at a nearby convenience store. Video surveillance from the store captured the suspect in the act of using the stolen card.

The suspect is described as a black male wearing glasses.

Constable Mark Herman is urging anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect to contact dispatch at 281-376-3472.
