Suspected Drunk Driver Arrested Following Two Vehicle Crash in Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, TX, August 20, 2023 – Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 27500 block of Cypresswood Drive, leading to the arrest of a suspected drunk driver.

One of the drivers, identified as Michael Gould, displayed multiple signs of intoxication at the scene. After administering Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, deputies determined that he was indeed intoxicated.

“Michael Gould was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond has not been set at this time,” said Constable Mark Herman.

There were no immediate reports of injuries in the crash, and further details regarding the incident are pending investigation.
