DALLAS, TEXAS, August 22, 2023 – The Dallas Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Jose Casas, last seen on August 22, 2023, on foot in the 8700 block of S. Lancaster Rd. Authorities are concerned that he may be in need of assistance.
