One Person Possibly Deceased in House Fire at Morton Ranch Subdivision

MORTON RANCH, Texas, Aug. 29, 2023 – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) and local fire department personnel responded to a house fire today in the 2800 block of Mustang Hill in the Morton Ranch Subdivision. Preliminary information suggests that one person may be deceased as a result of the fire.

The Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office (HCFMO) is en route to the scene and will be taking the lead in the ongoing investigation. Further details are pending.
