Texas A&M Forest Service Aids in Containing Possum Pass Fire in Houston County

HOUSTON COUNTY, Texas, Aug. 29, 2023 – The Texas A&M Forest Service is responding to a request for assistance in fighting the Possum Pass Fire in Houston County. As of the most recent update, the fire has consumed an estimated 117 acres and is 80% contained. Further information is pending.
