Texas A&M Forest Service Responds to Gibbs Forest Fire in Walker County

WALKER COUNTY, Texas, Aug. 29, 2023 – The Texas A&M Forest Service is actively responding to a request for assistance on the Gibbs Forest Fire in Walker County. The fire, currently at 0% containment, has consumed an estimated 250 acres. Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
