Four Men Shot Near Whataburger in the 2800 Block of Chimney Rock Rd., HPD En Route to the Scene

(HOUSTON, TX, Aug. 30, 2023) – Houston Police Department (HPD) commanders, detectives, and the Public Information Office (PIO) are en route to a shooting scene adjacent to a Whataburger restaurant. The incident took place in the 2800 block of Chimney Rock Rd., near Westheimer Rd., at approximately 10:10 p.m.

All four adult male victims have been transported to local hospitals, and their conditions are currently unknown. Authorities have reported that the suspect or suspects involved in the shooting have fled the scene.
