Ohio Police Release Body Camera Footage of Officer Fatally Shooting Pregnant 21-Year-Old

OHIO, Sept. 2, 2023 — Police in Ohio have released body camera footage that shows an officer fatally shooting Ta’Kiya Young, a 21-year-old pregnant woman. According to authorities, a store employee informed one of the officers that Young had stolen bottles of alcohol and was attempting to flee the scene. The incident is under investigation.
