Several Students Injured in Brawl After Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School Football Game

BETHESDA, MD, Sept. 1, 2023 — A large-scale brawl involving students from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School and Walter Johnson High School erupted shortly after a football game on Friday night. The melee occurred around 8:35 p.m. near the Bethesda Metro, Commerce Lane, and Old Georgetown Road. Several students have been reported injured as a result of the altercation. Authorities are currently investigating the incident.
