Arrest in League City Snapchat Stalking Case

LEAGUE CITY, TX (January 5, 2024) – League City Police Department detectives, in collaboration with the Houston Police Department, apprehended 20-year-old Victor Ferman in Houston on January 5, 2024. Ferman was wanted on a felony stalking charge with an $80,000 bond from Galveston County. His arrest in the 6200 block of W Bellfort Ave was executed without incident. The case against Ferman began on December 8, 2023, following a criminal mischief incident. Investigations revealed Ferman’s repeated uninvited presence on the victim’s property and threats made via social media.
