88-Year-Old Man Assaulted on 10th Avenue: NYPD Seeking Information

According to the NYPD, the incident occurred on July 26, 2023, at 1:51 PM. The victim, an 88-year-old male, was walking in front of a building at 248 10th Avenue when an unknown individual reportedly attacked him. The assailant approached the elderly man from behind, dragging him to the ground. The encounter resulted in minor injuries to the victim.
