Disturbance Call Leads to Arrest of Male with Felony Warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance

HOUSTON, TX, August 16, 2023 – Responding to a disturbance call in the 3000 block of FM 1960, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office located and identified a male suspect named Kyle Richardson.

Further investigation disclosed that Richardson had an open felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

Kyle Richardson was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. As of the report date, bond has not been set, and the case is under the jurisdiction of the 174th District Court.
