Day Shift Deputies Respond to Burglary and Discover Stolen RV in Separate Incidents; Multiple Charges Filed

Crosby, TX – Deputies responded to a reported burglary at a residence in the 17500 block of Mallet in Crosby. Upon arrival, authorities found a woman, identified as Lisa Tijerina, hiding inside the home. The homeowner confirmed that Tijerina did not have permission to be there and attributed damage to the home to her actions. Tijerina was subsequently charged with “burglary” and “felony criminal mischief” and was transported to the Harris County Jail.

In a separate incident, deputies conducting a follow-up investigation were led to an address at 1015 Golden Lane in Huffman. There, they discovered an RV reported stolen from Liberty County. While conducting an inventory of the RV, deputies also found 6 grams of methamphetamine belonging to Michael Hart. Hart was arrested and charged with “possession of a controlled substance” and was transported to the Harris County Jail. Authorities in Liberty County were notified that the stolen RV had been recovered.
