Driver Arrested for Driving While Intoxicated Following Traffic Stop by Constable Mark Herman’s Office

August 26, 2023 – Harris County, TX – Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 12700 block of Boudreaux Road. The driver, identified as John Pradel, exhibited multiple signs of intoxication during the stop.

Subsequently, a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered to Pradel. Based on the results, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol.

John Pradel was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Driving While Intoxicated. His bond has been set at $100.00 and the case is set to be reviewed in County Court 16, as stated by Constable Mark Herman.
